Very fast and very professional. Eduardo and his team were on site working within a few days of my call, they finished in record time, and kept the rest of my house clean. We just painted last week and the texturing was done so well (orange peel on walls, knockdown on ceiling) that hand-painting the cut-ins was a snap. They were courteous and professional throughout and the price was reasonable. I'd have them back any time.

AKM drywall did an amazing job skimming about ~1200 sq ft of ceilings for us after we removed the popcorn coating. He even re-did a patch after our roof leaked and ruined some of the work. They worked quickly and the results turned out great. We've gotten compliments from other contractors about the flat ceilings.

Eduardo was great. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is very good at what he does!
We had a leak in our ceiling near the kitchen that left a gaping hole in the ceiling. He was extremely professional and did a great job creating a workspace that protected the furniture and appliances nearby from any contamination. He also protected our hardwood floors. As far as his work goes, he did it right. There was difficult portion near the fridge which had molding close to the joint. Eduardo took no shortcuts and made the job look seamless. Not to mention, he matched the texture on the ceiling amazingly well. That's an art in and of itself.
Also, his office was very fast with communication and quick to get us a quote. He was able to start within a week of us accepting the quote.
In short, Eduardo is an honest hard worker who will get the job done right. He's also just a nice caring guy. He wore a mask the whole time working in our house during the pandemic and made sure to take his shoes off. I'd absolutely hire him again for any drywall job.
